My thoughts on Teen Wolf season 1

Ok sooo...

I just finished watching Teen Wolf season 1 and I guess here is how I felt about?

Ofc spoilers alert🚨

Ok so first of all the story all together, like it was not good but neither was it all that bad though there were quite a few moments making me question why I started watching it. But I'll see how my opinion changes with the next season. Then there were the fighting scenes idk why but they felt silly? And the whole thing with them running on all fours got me laughing every time, I'm sorry but it looked really ridiculous.

Moving on to the characters. First the side characters I liked most of them.

Sheriff Stilinski (especially enjoyed his relationship with Stiles, he was cool dad all together)

Mrs Mccall (I really liked her character, she was quite charming)

Allison's family (I liked her father the most, hated the mother and then her aunt I know she was bad but I still liked her ngl)

veterinary doctor (he was a chill guy, though Idk why he helped Scott or what he is exactly but I guess I'll see?)

coach (love him, cool guy, fun to watch)

chemistry teacher (Idk I have mixed feelings about him...)

Next the main characters

Derek (the whole time through my mind was going only "he was standing there, ... menacingly" though he got better in the second half plus I like the progression his relationship with Stiles made)

Scott (ok so hear me out, I don't like him and the reason why? Because he can be such an inconsiderate A hole, especially towards Stiles but we'll see how it will turn out)

Lydia (I like her but at same time I was like why would u do that?)

Jackson (ok so I don't like him but he was tolerable when he started acting all weird and nice if u know what I mean)

Allisson (I like her but at the same time WHY is she so gullible!? because if I erased that part she would be so cool)

And the last one is Stiles (omg, I just love Stiles he is such a fun and smart character trying to keep everything together even though he just got hit by a supernatural double decker, he was the reason I was able to pull through this whole season ngl)

And I guess that's it. Overall I kinda enjoyed it though I hope it will get better especially the fighting and some character scenes because yeah sometimes (many times) it was wild

I have sooo many drafts right now , most of it was stuff I was not comfortable posting because I thought people would hate it and one I forgot to finish of it is umbrella Academy and I have two vents about season 4 and one thing about what I think what the hargreeves would wear if I try drawing them all ( I suffer from same clothing syndrome) but I wanted to see what I could picture them in and other stuff I don't exactly remember but I do remember that I have poll about five if he was radioactive or not

You know , it would've been easier to write a happy ending rather having them commit suicide

Just show them having what they want, be able to be happy together and being able to live their lives without struggles like Reginald, commission, war and the apocalypse

Yes that would be a bit boring but it finally shows all of them getting their lives on the right track and being able to have a normal life

Viktor: Synonyms are weird because if you invite someone to your cottage in the forest, that sounds nice and cozy, but if you invite someone to your cabin in the woods, they're going to die.

Five: Yes, it's called "connotation".

Allison: My personal favorite is butt dial vs booty call.

Klaus: Mine is "forgive me, Father, for I have sinned" vs "sorry, Daddy, I've been naughty".

Luther: Great news! Language is now cancelled!

So apparently there's this script for a tua season 1 episode that never got made. It's about their 23th birthday.

You guys.

A couple of things that stand out:

- That cross stitch Diego had in the boiler room that was so obviously a gift from Grace was a gift for his 23th birthday.

- Also, Diego went every week to visit his mom. I'm crying

- Klaus was in jail at this time, and he accidentally killed a guy in self defense.

- Allison is there but we just see her struggling not to use her powers on every day issues.

- Also apparently Patrick was her acting coach.

- She needed it.

- Luther was pathetic and I want to cry for him bc I love him so much but God was he dumb. Also the Accident happened the day after his birthday.

- Viktor had a girlfriend, who looked so sweet at first but then he found out she was cheating on him. On his birthday. Ouch.

- Five flirted with a woman named Delores in a 1940s (I think) bar, and it was so sweet and heartbreaking. He got a little kiss for dancing with her. It was great. Get it, old man.

- Five traveled to 2012 for the commission, saw Diego leave the academy, and couldn't stop himself from shouting his brother's name. I am HEARTBROKEN

- The Handler stopped him before Diego could see him, and also we have confirmation that the Handler was fucking creepy. She kissed Five after proclaiming he was hers. Five stands still and closes his eyes. I'm... feeling things. Mostly homicidal rage.

- Viktor visits Klaus in jail, which develops into the best conversation I've ever read.

- They talk about Viktor's book. Klaus is very supportive. Reading the whole script is worth it just to read that conversation JESUS CHRIST:

- Apparently, Grace announced one day at the dinner table that Diego had had his first wet dream.

- Klaus asks Viktor if he had added that lovely little anecdote into the book.

- Viktor responded with an: yeah, I did.

- Christ almighty I know understand why Diego was so fucking angry VIKTOR HARGREEVES YOU HAVE ZERO CHILL.

- Okay seriously overall that conversation is very sweet. Best klaus-viktor interaction. 10/10

- Also I find hilarious that Regginald tried to call them all separately but obviously no one picked up, so his next thought was: "well. Better start planning my own funeral".

- The quip Klaus made in the Void when he asked Reginald "couldn't you just have called?" Is a thousand times funnier knowing that the bastard DID call, but Klaus missed it bc he was in jail.

I rewatched S1 and S2 of The Umbrella Academy for the tenth time, and I decided to keep track of how many times the characters said certain words

i’m not going to get into it fully right now but what the umbrella academy writers did this season to allison has fucking pissed me off. immensely. her being a villain? FINE! her getting angry at all she’s lost and the racism she’s had to face is perfectly valid. but this?? what she was going to do to luther? seriously? not only was it triggering it felt targeted. let me ask one question to the writers. why did cha cha, marcus, fei, and allison get these stories? these endings? these arcs?

I knew that the racism would start spewing when Allison started all of those horrible actions and it honestly made me feel uncomfortable because I knew it would happen. People love to cling onto the stereotype that Black people are aggressive, but I also feel that if Allison wasn't so aggressive then she would have been stereotyped as the "kind, motherly" type when that is a stereotype portrayed on Black women. I honestly don't know how she could have reacted that wouldn't have led to people putting a racist stereotype. I want to add that it shouldn't be onto Black people to make sure these stereotypes don't exist and that we should be able to see Black people be as complex as they are without stereotyping them with a specific kind of behavior.

I do believe though that some do have the right to be angry with her and her actions. If Luther had taken those same actions as Allison did against Victor I would be just as pissed.

Yes Victor lied, but can you compare lying when telling the truth could have put someone's life at stake as the same as killing someone that didn't change the way the end of the world happened or affected things? Victor's siblings have not had the best track record of listening to him (Season 1) and that was only a few weeks ago (with 2 months not having any memory of it) so it's not like your trust in them gets better ine one day. Yes Allison wanted him out of the vault and had pretty much warned him about Leonard, but those didn't help with the years of trauma he experienced as being excluded from the rest and Allison bring concerned for him happened YEARS after they parted, which again makes sense on why Victor wasn't so concerned with Allison's worries about Leonard. Would you listen to a family member you haven't spoken to in years tell you that you shouldn't trust someone you have a crush on?

Then we have Season 2 where the only interaction between Victor and Allison is when Allison's trying to save Victor and when they get to where Season 3 starts. So you get like maybe a week of interaction with a sibling you haven't spoken to in years and then months of no more interaction, would you trust someone wholeheartedly within such a short time frame?

Season 3 we get to see more interactions with them and Victor is even trying to sympathize with Allison losing loved ones AGAIN when he lost loved ones too (Sissy and Harlan). Yes he got to see Harlan again, but it wasn't because he chose it or did things his way so he could have Harlan, it just was. If Claire or Ray had been in S3 and found out somehow they're the cause of the death of their mothers, do you think Allison would gladly give away that information to her family or be fine if Victor killed them?

I understand that this was how Allison dealt with her trauma and grief over everything, and it's valid she felt the things she did and wanted to cause harm to herself and others, but we shouldn't praise her actions, just like we should 't praise Victor for destroying the world in S1 or Luther putting him in the vault. We can understand why they did the things they did without praising their behavior.

Seeing some of the most insane and fucking racist Allison takes???? If she was a white man going through a “villian era” y’all would be posting fan edits and talking about how attractive you find her, calling her your blorbo or some shit. Every character on that show has done insane fucked up shit and yet I only see horrible posts about Allison. Take some critical thinking skills and apply it to the show bc Jesus Christ y’all cannot be serious rn??

The Umbrella Academy was back. And when I say back, I mean that Dad was dead and we were here to attend his funeral. A lot had happened. For once, I was happy that Five was back but on the other hand, I felt like everything came crashing down again.

I was alone in the kitchen, the rest of the group was split up all over the house. I hid my hands behind my back, trying to breath steadyly. I closed my eyes and tried to shut out everything for a second.

"Y/N"

I swear, I felt my heart jumping out of my chest and I reflexively grabbed a knife and threw it at the intruder.

Five casually caught the blade with his fingertips and scoffed:"Hey, calm down, it's just me"

I took a deep breath:"Sorry"

He teleported himself and suddenly sat down on the kitchen counter next to me.

"So tell me", He said and grabbed a cup of coffee, "What did I miss while I was gone?"

I chuckled sadly:"I don't think we have enough time for all that"

"Oh come on", Five mumbled with a frown on his face.

"I'm sorry, Five", I said and looked at the ceiling, "After you...disappeared, a lot changed"

He only nodded. I looked up, when Viktor stepped in.

"What are you guys doing?", He asked with a smile.

"Just talkin' about old times", I answered.

"Old times, eh?", Diego asked, who just followed after Viktor.

"I definitely didn't miss him", Five mumbled under his breath and took a sip of his coffee. A chuckle escaped my lips.

"What did you just say?", Diego asked and held up one of his knifes.

"Hey calm down", I said and put up my hands.

"Soo!", Five said loudly and pulled my attention back to him, "What exactly changed after I left?"

I didn't know what to say. Everything changed. I lost the sibling, I was closest to, Father became even stricter and I started...

"Y/N?", Five looked at me, concern on his features.

"Hey, are you alright?", I felt Diego's Hand on my shoulder.

I felt like, I couldn't move, nor could I speak or do anything.

"I-I-", I stutterd.

"Hey, what's going on?", my head shot up, when Allison and Luthor joined us.

The two of them looked just as confused, as my other siblings.

"I-I need to get some air", I whispered and raced outside,leaving them dumpfounded.

Once, I was finally outside, I pulled my jacket tightly around my body. It was still raining and my ragged breath left fog in the air.

I quickly sat down under the Pavilion.

"It's cold, isn't it?"

My heart stopped for a second for the second time today and I spinned around, spotting Klaus standing behind me with a smile on his face.

"Jesus, what is it with this family and scaring me to death?", I mumbled.

"Sorry", Klaus smiled, "Are you alright?"

"Why is everyone asking me that!", I yelled.

Klaus bumbed my shoulder:"Cause we care"

I scoffed:"Sure, because that's what the Umbrella Academy is famous for!"

"Y/N", Klaus grabbed my hand, "You know that we are here, if you really need us"

He gave me a sad smile. I looked up, in order to prevent my tears from falling:"Why is the junkie of the family the best in caring?"

Klaus chuckled:"Come on, let's go back inside"

I nodded and he pulled me with him. When we stepped into the living room, the rest of our siblings, curiosly looked at us.

"Hey, you're alright?", Diego asked. I nodded, but Allison grabbed my hand:"That's not true, is it?"

I laughed but I felt tears rolling down my cheeks. I looked over at Klaus, he nodded understandingly.

I looked back down and carefully pulled up my sleeves. I let the others look at my scars and while most of them stared at them in shook, Five stopped forward and grabbed both of my hands.

"You never have to do that again", He said, "We are here. We'll always be here to help and protect you. I promise that, Y/N. You mean so much to me, to all of us."

I smiled at him:"Thanks, Five"

I pulled him into a hug. "Come on, guys!", he yelled. I looked at the others. I grinned and pulled Diego towards us at first, slowly the others followed, until we were a huge ball of hugging Hargreeves siblings.

We carefully parted and I felt the others look at me:"I appreciate you, guys. Really, I can't explain how much"

I put my hand on Klaus' shoulder, who stood right next to me.

"And I really really hate to break the mood, but if ya'll remember, we have an ongoing Apocalypse, that we need to stop."

"Shit",Five mumbled, "You're right"

"I completely forgot that", Klaus mumbled.

Five jumped up and grabbed my hand:"Quick, you're coming with me. The rest of you, stay put!"

He pulled me with him, before anyone could say something.

I chuckled and ran after him:"I missed my favorite sibling!"

Five stopped and turned around, a devious grin on his face:"I missed my favorite sibling too"
