I've always felt like the voices give the characters more character.

I really wanna hear him go doo dee doo as his speech becomes more and more unintelligible as he adds on more accents.

In honor of the new chapter coming out here's a picture I drew of Rouxls Kaard that I sent to Toby himself (idk if I did though tbh he never responded).

For some reason I vaguely sketch characters when I take notes, and recently some deltarune characters (mostly kris) have fallen victim to that.
