i wanna make a kandi rotator cuff based on Frankenstein (1931) but idk what “special beads” to use and if I should use colors other than black and green

This is my Dracula rotator cuff. It’s only red (opaque and semi-transparent) and black, and the “special beads” are the bats and stars. I'm planning on getting green stars for this, but idk what to use in place of the bats that would fit Frankenstein. Bolt beads? Screw-shaped beads? What should I do?
