I have seen the fanmade version of Heizou and I-- PLEASE, MIHOYO. JUST SPEND A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO BUY THE DESIGN OFF OF THE ARTIST SO THAT IT CAN BE REAL. ToT
