steve harrington is very special to me, so get ready for steve headcanons!!

• He has prescribed glasses, but only wears them around the house because he’s self conscious about them

• He has a special bond with Joyce and thinks of her as his second mother:)

• Very particular about his hair and what he uses for it (he’s researched and tested every product he owns to make sure he has the best results)

• Dyslexic, and loves when Robin and Eddie read to him

• He does small things for the people he cares about, like taking Robin’s band outfit to the dry cleaners every once in awhile, and keeping Milk Duds in his glovebox for Lucas when he gets out of practice

• Was obsessed with space as a kid, and still enjoys pointing out the constellations to Eddie and using his telescopes from time to time

• Lactose intolerant

• He would never tell a soul, but his first kiss was Tommy… (he thinks no one knows, but tommy tells everyone when he gets too drunk)

• He’s very lovey dovey to Eddie and gives him little gifts all the time, whether it’s a new band shirt or a guitar pick with S+E carved into it:)

• He doesn’t know how to play D&D at all, but he knows the entire lore of Will the Wise:)

• Goes to Skull Rock whenever he needs to think…definitely not because he knows Eddie’s going to be there

• He goes to Robin’s house whenever he can’t sleep because her house is super cozy and warm:)

• Practices basketball with Lucas whenever practice gets canceled:)

• Was a child model

• He alway says he loves ABBA and Tears for Fears, but he’s a sucker for Madonna

• Lots of internalized homophobia:(

• He taught El how to swim during the summer since she only knew how to float:)

• He likes to annoy Eddie by listing off different ice cream combinations nonstop

• He’s very friendly to animals and little critters (type of guy to let a spider free in the wild)

• First job was a camp counselor at his church’s fancy summer retreat:)

• He has trouble falling asleep for fear something might happen while he’s not awake:(

• Enjoys braiding Eddie’s hair whenever he’s bored:)
