Who Really Cares?

This is an old drawing but might as well start posting here

Oh dear I have NO idea what I'm doing but here we go, again, they're in no particular order... 😭

#1 - Lestat De Lioncourt, Interview with the Vampire

🥰 I know I said no particular order but he'll forever be my number 1. I really adore him so much I can't explain. He came to me in the peak of my vampire obsession and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to appear...

#2 - Vlad Dracula Tepes, Castlevania

I realise most of these will end up being vampires but I love this one a lot. He makes me feel so deeply and he's one of the main reasons I watched the show... Honourable mention to his son, Alucard ❤️

#3 - SILCO! (Arcane) 😇

Possibly one of the only non vampires on my list... I love him so much he's my scrunkle..... He's the biggest reason I still love Arcane, not that there's anything wrong with it, I just very struggle to watch show when people around me are always talking about them..

#4 - Blackbeard, Our Flag Means Death

Okay I lied here's another non vampire. Pirate though, close enough, right? Jokes aside I have literally nobody to talk to about this one. But words cannot describ how much I love him.

#5 - Carmilla, Carmilla

This one's a weird one because she has no real face. She's a book character, but ever since I read the book I've been so deeply in love with her and the story she has with Laura. Also, I love Lesbians and Vampires in media. She's perfect....

#6 - Count Dracula, Young Dracula

Last but CERTAINLY not least... One of my favourite Dracula's. My comfort Dracula, if you will. I knew there was going to be more than one Dracula on this list, it was just a question of who was going to make it. Eventually decided on him because he's helped me get through so much more than I can describe, #1 comfort drac :3

ya'll ever wonder you're being too gentle while raising your kids/siblings?

Like, my sibling brakes things all the time and – regardless of how I was raised (you broke a completely replaceable and non-sentimental jar on accident? yeah sorry ur gonna get kicked for that) – I've learned to not really care about material stuff.

They broke their favourite mug the other day (tbh it was my fault bcs I was being silly and like poking them and they tried to dodge which caused the mug to fall over) and I didn't get mad (obviously, it was their favourite mug they're probably alrdy feeling like shit abt it), I just asked for their help to clean it up. And they were very apologetic but I was telling them not to worry abt it and, idk, I got this strange feeling of 'what if they listen to me saying 'it's fine' too much and stop caring about everything and start breaking things on purpose or as like a joke or something.

And I expressly told them that I'm never going to purposely get mad at them any time they lose or break stuff, bcs it's just stuff: they accidentally threw away a cute bow-shaped food pick when throwing the empty fruit bag out? Kinda sucks but we have more 🤷🏽 did they enjoy the fruits tho? A gift I bought them broke? I mean there was no way this object was going to last forever - nothing does, but it made them happy so there's that at least - but I'll help them fix it to the best of my abilities, and if it breaks beyond repair then we'll make something new out of it or something 🤷🏽 I'm glad they liked my gift.

But idk I feel like, since I was never raised with this indifference to my mistakes, that I'll somehow mess my sibling up while trying to be kind to them.

The only thing I can think of is consistently asking for their input when we fix whatever the problem is; like, "oh no this mug/plate broke" ok, so, what's the plan, what do we do now?

This story I had in mind was a high school sweethearts thing. I imagine you and James were friends since elementary and only started to crush on each in grade eight, than in grade nine James ends up confessing to you and you both date up until the twelfth grade.

James ends up in a band (young Metallica) in grade twelve and he’s so caught up in the band stuff he slowly starts to forget about you. This obviously upsets you and you and James end up arguing a lot, to the point where it worried your friends (Lars, Dave and Cliff, in this fan fic they know each in high school ).

you both end up breaking up, you were heart broken because you loved James so much. He meant the world to you. James acts like he doesn’t care, but deep down he does it hurts him to be away from you.

Sorry if I wrote to much for the summary this is my first fan fic this. The era is Master Of Puppets and there will be a lot of angst. I’ll try my best on this story I’m not good at writing story’s but I want to write one.

I’m also excited to write this if I’m being honest I hope it turns out good, I will add more stuff about this story as I’m writing
