Koushiro Izumi - Blog Posts

I love this so much. The characters look so good. They look like they should as adults. I swear to God, I thought they were gonna fuck up the kids, but damn do they look swell. Joe in particular looks like Joe which was a huge fucking problem in Tri which was bad for more than how off model Joe looked. I love business man Izzy and Joe rocking the dad look at 23 makes my day as for Sora I like that she is doing that fashion designer thing they came up with from the end of Adventure 02. Kari and T.K look like hipsters and to be honest I expect nothing else. As for the boys Matt and Tai. I have to say after the shit heap that was Tri I love how genuine they look to the original, and I love this movie more than anything that has come out in the past 10 years of Digimon stuff and it hasn't even come out. While it might not be perfect and more than likely it won't live up to the hype, but I appreciate that unlike the previous stuff it looks like it's gonna "Tri."

I was wrong.

Five years ago:

Oh man!! Digimon Xros was awesome!! I can not wait to watch Digimon Tri. It may look a little different, but it's gonna be cool!

One year ago:

Oh man. Pokemon XYZ was the best in the franchise. Yeesh the new series looks weird. And might be terrible.

Now:

FUCK!! DIGIMON ADVENTURE TRI WAS AWFUL! THE WORST IN THE FRANCHISE! The artstyle does not suit the human characters everyone looks samey, and they have twelve stories, and two go somewhere. Why did they trade the 02 kids for girl Joe (Mako). Shit, I wish I could get another season of Xros.

Man, Pokemon S&M is the best! The artstyle fits everyone, and the fights have never looked better. So many neat stories, and they end so nicely. I hope they get a movie.

Can anybody explain Koumi to me?

Look I love Digimon in fact Izzy, and Joe are both my favorites, but from a pure story aspect Joe should end up with Mimi. Think about it Joe was assigned as her personal camp counselor, he stuck by her side during the dark masters arc when she didn't want to fight, she gave her some quote unquote love in the forn of seed, and even in the movie the dub made it so he'd give her a valentine. In Tri they share a deep emotional moment, and even Mega evolve together Meanwhile Izzy.... he thinks she's hot in tri. He was annoyed by her during return of diaboromon. Yeah ,thats about it. Explain why it is so populare, please?

I was never really able to make more proper introductory posts / indexes of all my DigiAdvs stuff before this because every time I tried, this site would either a. Eat the post b. not show the links properly or c. It wouldn’t even show in the tags correctly. So I’m making a better index post now!

I’m not an artist and my writing is more of a side thing. I mainly focus instead on A.M.V.s, since I’ve been steadily improving on making those over a span of many years.

Here is an index for all of my A.M.V.s / vid edits centered around either Koushiro Izumi {notably}, Taichi Yagami, and/or the KouTai / Taishiro ship. (It’s pretty much my “O.T.P of {DigiAdvs} O.T.Ps”, so I hope that can be respected, too. And due to these being A.M.V.s, Most of my works could probably work in a semi canon compliant sense but I’m also perfectly fine with reading other things in as A.U.s) {The post is not-rebloggable for reasons aka me wanting to be able to go back and add to it.
